New Order – Restless
New Order have obviously over the years become one of those iconic bands that you know will just live on forever. Their brand new single is another gem in their singles back catalogue and it really makes for a wonderful listen. I first heard this on 6Music and it instantly captured my attention to the point where I have been listening to it a hell of a lot, sticking it on playlists and pressing repeat. If you haven’t listened to New Order in a long time, you could do worse than reacquainting yourself with this new track.
Leftfield – BiLocation
The brilliant Leftfield has become one of my favourite artists of this year. I only really listened to their music for the first time this year and it has quickly become something that I love a hell of a lot. Again this one was another one I heard on 6Music recently and really made me stop and listen to it in all its glory. This is a great alternative dance track with infectious beats, great layers of sound and distorted vocals and synths that give this track a wonderful grit to it. Check this one out now!
