This week, I’m dedicating my tracks of the week post to the man we have all sadly lost, David Bowie. The news came as a shock to me, as it did to everyone else, first thing Monday morning while I was getting ready for work. It was tragic and heartbreaking news, it threw me off for something so big to take me, and everyone else, so much by surprise and as a result I spent all day in a bit of a haze.
I think none of us really know what to say and I think it is still so raw in people’s minds that we’re still so in the midst of trying to make sense of what has happened. He’ll be greatly missed, he was a true icon and legend of the music, fashion and cultural worlds. He has contributed so much to this world, completely breaking the mould time and time again, he is a man who will never be forgotten.
