Today, I’m bringing you some new music from producer, songwriter and DJ Dilemma. Taken from the new collaboration EP ‘Reverie Drive’ is the single ‘Whisper’ which you can check out below:
Opening with high-pitched, soulful vocals which immediately capture your attention and draw you into this one so successfully. When the music comes in the jazz meets funk vibe creates a carefree and uplifting atmosphere instantly and puts a smile on your face and a spring in your step. It is a song which is infectious in its delivery from quick drum beats, flowing and melodic bass lines and an R’n’B style delivery to the vocals. With an air of the likes of Amy Winehouse about this track in parts, it is a track which will instantly capture the attention of many and become a wonderful classic.
After working with Jazmine Sullivan on her Grammy nominated ‘Reality Show’, Dilemma went back into the studio to work on his own material. Teaming up with JoeLogic and Gee, the three producers aimed for a completely different sound on this their new EP. Working with the likes of singer/songwriter Modesty Lycan, the guys have produced upbeat, fun tracks with a great message.
Such a great first single surely set Dilemma and his new EP in good stead for the release and the rest of 2016.
